Dutch speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Activation Support team located in Stockholm. Here you will play a key part in supporting our new users at the very beginning of their iZettle journey. 

You will support our iZettle merchants taking their first steps as iZettle users. Your support includes informing the merchants about what iZettle has to offer, helping them to sign up and choosing the right products as well as supporting them to take their first transactions with iZettle. Contact channels include live chat, email, and telephone. You will be responsible for ensuring that enquiries receive a timely, accurate and proactive resolution. 

This is a brand-new team in iZettle and being in this role means that you have the opportunity to help define and create the best support experience for our new users in the Netherlands.

You will also be part of identifying top-call drivers and pain-points and being proactive about communicating and improving each touch-points for our users. 

Our office is located in the center of Stockholm and you will report to the Activation Support Team Lead for Continental Europe.

You are professional, organized, ambitious and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You have a passion for great customer experience and you should desire to go above and beyond in your work. You are proactive and dare to challenge the status quo to drive the best user experience for our merchants. You ideally have previous experience from working in a Technical support/ Customer service role. We also see that you:

  • Have excellent written and verbal skills in Dutch
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have previous experience in handling large volume queries

  • Critical Thinking Skills, with the ability to see and solve problems holistically

  • Interest or even experience in Sales activities, as we see Up-Sales as part of our service
