We are looking for Customer Success Advisors to join our German Customer Success Team in our Stockholm office.
As a Premium Customer Success Advisor, you are accountable for providing a “Best in Class” service experience for our top German users, regardless if they are new with us, or a seasoned user.
Your core responsibility is to support our top German users via a variety of mediums including live chat, email, and telephone.
You will also play an important role in supporting our German users to get started and become proficient with our products and services as quickly as possible, as well as building a good relationship with our top German users through up-selling features which are beneficial for their businesses.
We want you to think about how our top merchants can have the best iZettle experience, at every part of their journey with us.

The successful candidate is one who loves helping people. We’re looking for candidates with a real ‘can do’ attitude and a desire to constantly learn and develop their skills. You have the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and the ability to champion for the customer. You own your work and is eager to constantly improve in your area of work.
You have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as an ability to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
Given the nature of this role, proficiency in German and English is a requirement. Having previous experience working in a Technical Support / Customer service role is a big plus, and being able to speak French and Dutch an added bonus.
