Web Developer - Manage team
Engineering & IT - Stockholm
We are looking for a Web Developer to join our Manage team. You will be part of this autonomous cross-functional team which maintains product library, one of the most important components in our merchants’ daily business operation.
We are dedicated to delivering a product that our users can depend on and love to use. There are always new features to develop, new technologies to try out and new challenges to tackle. We are constantly revisiting the existing solutions to improve what we already have, learn from past mistakes and pick up new things along the way.
Go where the people speak your language
You'll be in close contact with the design in order to create a tailored user experience to our merchants, as well as backend and mobile developers, developing a robust end to end solution catered to our user's needs. It's important that you have a basic understanding of API design and how to consume them, but don't sweat it, the team will be there to help you out.
You'll have the ability to architect your modules, at the same time as being able to consume global components from our library and tokens from our design system. You will be able to collaborate with other teams and web developers across the whole web chapter, by code reviews, bouncing back ideas or mob programming.
Your responsibilities will include
- Design, implement, debug, and maintain services and user interfaces with a high degree of autonomy
- Work on interesting problems together with talented peers in cross-functional agile teams
- Experiment and learn about design, technology and processes
The skills you need to succeed
- Frameworks, libraries and technologies such as React, Redux, Styled Components.
- Unit-testing your code.
- RxJS, Ramda
- NodeJS, GraphQL
- TypeScript and Ruby. The latter is something we’re moving away from, but we still have some code in Ruby.
