We are looking for a Privacy and Legal Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team in Stockholm. We offer you to be a part of an international team that believes it is equally important to deliver great results and to have loads of fun!

As a Privacy & Legal Support Specialist you will handle privacy and legal escalations, specifically request related to General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), from our Support Agents in a timely and professional manner. In this role, you'll have the ability to interact and communicate professionally both verbally and in writing and be able to rapidly develop high-quality work within short deadlines.

Day to day tasks will include:

  • Handling escalations related to compliance and security matters.
  • Actively seek new ways to improve and streamline the customer experience within the Privacy domain and strive for always delivering the highest level of support to our customers. 
  • Develop and hold awareness sessions throughout the organisation about how to handle Privacy requests (and other key legal matters).
  • Assist with reporting and providing insights to different counterparts in the company.
  • Assist with the improvement of current business processes.
  • Proactively drive activities in order to decrease the number of new cases and escalated cases.

You will work closely and communicate updates on products and processes to our First Line Agents and other stakeholders including the Legal, Privacy, PR and Information Security teams.

We are looking for someone who has experience from working with first or second line support with excellent results. 

To succeed in this role, you are passionate about customer support and believe that great customer experience is core to any business and have the ability to remain patient and calm during escalated customer interactions. Structure comes naturally for you and you need to be a team player because you will work closely together with all departments in the iZettle organisation in order to solve the cases and improve processes in the best way possible. You also need to have superb multi-tasking skills and a willingness to learn about our products, the support systems we are using and everything we are. 

You have a good sense of details and great interpersonal and communications skills. You have strong project management skills and enjoy a fast-paced work environment and are able to get things done.

  • Have experience in working with GDPR. 
  • Are fluent in English. 

Bonus if you...

  • Are fluent in one of the Nordic languages, German, French or Dutch.
  • Have experience from working with Salesforce and Jira. 

You are flexible when it comes to working times since this role might require evening or weekend work.
