For this position, we’re looking for a professional who:

• Has a proven track record of creating surveys and analyzing results.

• Understands business needs and can collect necessary data to drive decision making.

• Is highly objective and analytical, comfortable with generating and testing hypotheses.

• Understands different types of surveys such as NPS, Conjoint Analysis and industry analyses.

• Is a master of statistics and can easily discuss statistical significance, standard deviations, and regression models.

Main responsibilities:

• Creating surveys and analyzing results.

• Collecting customer insight to aid in product and feature development.

• Understanding customer perception to aid in process improvements.

• Identifying buyer personas and their preferences to aid in content creation and branding decisions.

• Upholding a culture of experimentation and innovation within the marketing team.

• Positively influencing team members and contributing to a productive, collaborative, fun and innovative work environment.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience creating, conducting and analyzing market research.
• Great written and oral communications skills.
• Knowledge in statistics, survey building and related tools.

• Customer-centric and results-driven.

• Rigorous attention to details and focus on quality of deliverables.
• Able to work with autonomy and deliver on time.

• Passionate about helping entrepreneurs and small-business owners thrive.

 

This is a full-time position based in Sao Paulo - SP - Brazil.
