Senior Financial Analyst
Business Support – Stockholm
The Financial Planning and Analysis team (FPA) at iZettle consist of five dedicated financial analysts with the mission of supporting the business with budgeting, forecasting and insightful analysis of financial results and metrics, collaborating with and supporting both the local iZettle business as well as PayPal headquarters in San Jose, California. As the business grows, so must also the FPA team in order to stay proactive and in tune with the business needs. Therefore, we now seek to recruit an additional FPA analyst to join us.
As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be part of the FPA team at iZettle based in Stockholm, reporting to Head of FPA. Your main duties include budget, forecast and monthly follow up of actual results as well as financial modelling to forecast and track revenue development on a monthly and quarterly basis as well as costs for dedicated areas. The ideal candidate should be able to focus and continuously strive to improve processes, reporting and forecasting models and systems.
You will collaborate with various senior stakeholders and departments throughout the business and work closely to the CFO, as well as conduct management reporting to department heads and iZettle management.
The skills you need to succeed
The ideal candidate have several years of experience from similar roles in digital industries and/or high transaction volumes businesses. An interesting background could also be from work at one of the Big 4 accounting firms as an analyst with understanding of full profit and loss, business analysis and financial modelling. You have advanced knowledge in Excel and understanding of accounting, cash flow and financial reporting.
You are thorough and analytical with quality focus, and adapts well to change in systems, requirements or organisation. You are an ambitious team player who feels accountable for the full team delivery and contributes to a great team spirit. Excellence business English is a prerequisite.
