Customer Success Support Agent for the Swedish Market
Customer Service - Stockholm
As part of our in-house Customer Success team, you will be responsible for handling our top merchants’ issues in an effective and proactive manner, on phone, email, live chat and other channels.
We are looking for Customer Success Advisors to join our Swedish Customer Support Team in our Stockholm office.
As a Premium Customer Success Advisor, you are accountable for providing a “Best in Class” service experience for our top Swedish users, regardless if they are new with us, or a seasoned user.
You will be mainly responsible for supporting our top Swedish users via a variety of mediums including live chat, email, and telephone.
You will also play an important role in supporting our Swedish users to get started and become proficient with our products and services as quickly as possible, as well as building a good relationship with our top Swedish users through up-selling features which are beneficial for their businesses.
We want you to think about how our top merchants can have the best iZettle experience, at every part of their journey with us.

You have the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and the ability to champion for the customer. You own your work and is eager to constantly improve in your area of work.
You have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as an ability to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
Given the nature of this role, proficiency in Swedish and English is a requirement. Having previous experience working in a Technical Support / Customer service role is a big plus, and being able to speak other languages an added bonus.
