Marketing - Stockholm
We are looking for a CRM specialist determined to make our fast-growing user base of iZettle merchants get a great start, stay loyal and grow with us! The CRM Specialist will be part of an international Marketing team based in Stockholm.
You will be part of our Customer Relationship Management team, together with CRM specialists, marketing communication creators, copywriters and customer self service manager where your role is to create a great communications experience for all of iZettle’s users and help enable the best relationship possible with them. The main important channel is email, and ahead we’re looking to explore text messages, in-app and push notifications too as supporting channels.
Business, but not as usual
To succeed in this role you want to help make an impact on iZettle user’s behaviours by setting and implementing the right strategy for automated communication. With the customer in focus, you work both operational and strategic to create long-lasting relationships.
You’ll be setting a strategy and implementing automated and ad-hoc communication for a set part of the customer journey, and will be working both closely with other CRM specialists in the team that are working on their part of the journey as well as with internal stakeholders connected to your part of the journey.
Develop and implement strategic automated communication projects, which help us hit our targets within your journey area globally.
- Review existing communications to come up with ideas on how to improve and increase their reach of targets.
- Follow-up on contribution to the CRM team KPI’s within your area.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to make sure we’re all aligned on our roadmaps, priorities as well as to exchange tactical and strategic input.

We believe that you have experience from working with customer communication and marketing. Preferably you have also worked in a Marketing Automation and/or CRM Software before. We are looking for someone who believes that customer communication is a whole world in itself and one of the most important parts of setting and maintaining the relationship with our users, to drive activation and behaviour, loyalty, engagement, up-sell and retention. You are always trying to see the big picture and playing the long game, creatively building great communications carefully & with relevance, instead of chasing short-term wins. You have an autonomous working style and are curious to learn and you enjoy working cross-functionally. You strive for user-centricity and are curious to understand our users from every angle, with a data driven and analytical mindset. You get motivated by making the life as an iZettle user easy, reliable and inspiring and for that, you are willing to drive change. You are fluent in English and your communication skills are excellent.
